ASSISTANT MANAGER PAYROLL

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and professional fee payments.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for timely receipt of payroll related information.
- Process statutory payments i.e. EOBI & SESSI
- Process Group Life Insurance payments.
- Process full and final settlements.
- Prepare different analytical reports and statistics.
- Perform any other task given by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR or Finance / ACCA or equivalent qualification with 5-8 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience in Oracle ERP will be an advantage.
