ASSISTANT MANAGER PAYROLL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and professional fee payments.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments for timely receipt of payroll related information.
  • Process statutory payments i.e. EOBI & SESSI
  • Process Group Life Insurance payments.
  • Process full and final settlements.
  • Prepare different analytical reports and statistics.
  • Perform any other task given by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA in HR or Finance / ACCA or equivalent qualification with 5-8 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in Oracle ERP will be an advantage.
