Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to
Director HR, incumbent will be responsible to oversee identified ongoing HR
operational work activities pertaining to hiring, performance appraisals,
employee discipline, grievance handling, employee attendance management,
absence monitoring, analysis of Overtime and strategies to reduce this,
promotions, exit interview, compensation &benefits administration,
Statutory payments for employees, new employee orientation.
The incumbent will
be responsible to ensure due process improvement as required, and should have
demonstrated work experience of guiding colleagues for preparing performance
indicator statistics, HR reports, and taking on HR projects for new initiatives
and policy development/implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should hold an
MBAor equivalent preferably in HR or related qualification, be well-versed with
HR functions & related processes He/she should have 10 + years related work
experience at a managerial level at successively higher level of
responsibilities. Incumbent needs to have good leadership, team building,
written & verbal communication skills and be proficient at use of MS
Office, experience of working on HR related software, and ability to handle a
large employee data base. Experience of working on Quality Management System
and in ISO Certified HR will be an advantage.
