Accident & Emergency
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily department rounds to ensure proper equipment and inventory levels.
- Arrange ICU Bed/Vent and keep track of portable monitors.
- Counseling of the attendant according to the situation regarding administrative issues.
- Handle documentation of corporate patients including approval letters, room entitlements based on grades, and procedure approvals.
- Maintain strong liaison with the concerned HODs for smooth delivery of services.
- Responds to patient welfare concerns such as lack of cash, low deposit, and extended stay.
- Handle medico-legal matters, including registration, finances, family notification (if unaccompanied), and confirmation from the doctor to share information with security, admin on call, and police control room.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
