Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to Director HR and will be responsible for ensuring timely processing & checking of the monthly payroll including earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely completion of work as per standard protocols. The Manager Payroll will also be required to work on special assignments pertaining to Payroll, HR budgets& other functions of HR with Director HR or independently as assigned. Payroll Department is also responsible for timely processing of final settlement of dues for employees separating from the Institution.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA/ACCA/ACMA
or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing. He/she
should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of
responsibilities with 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience. Incumbent
needs to have good communication skills, be proficient at use of MS excel, have
good numerical analysis skills, should have good leadership supervisory skills
and ability to handle large data on computer. Should have had 2 to 3 years
experience of working on ERP , work experience
on Oracle EBS will be an advantage. Should
be familiar with quality management concepts.
