COMPLAINT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the complaints , providing prompt services and counseling..
- Coordinate and arrange meeting with the concerned area Manager/HOD .
- Listen and understand the complaint properly and resolve them in an appropriate manner.
- To ensure the authenticity of the complaint raised and take actions as per hospital policy.
- Maintain and update complaint record, departmental records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Dispatch the complaint to the concerned department.
- Follow-up the complaints for replies.
- Visit the Patient for satisfaction and follow-up till discharge.
- Develop the professional relation and restore the level of trust on hospital staff
- Responsible for updating lost and found suggestion box record.
- Any other task as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate preferably in Social Sciences or BBA, with 1-2 years of related work experience
- Should have good communication and counseling skills.
- Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
