Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring Clinical / Administration processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations. Develops, performs, and manages quality assurance activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates should hold a MBBS / MScN Nursing/ M.Sc (H) Biochemistry / M.Sc (H) Microbiology/Bachelors in Physical Therapy with 5 to 6 years related work experience. MBA (Supply Chain) and Internal Audit Course would be preferred and considered as an additional qualification.

Auditing and monitoring experience would be considered. Incumbent must have knowledge about Quality Management System Standards e.g. ISO 9001:2015, JCIA-2014, International Guidelines, Auditing Protocols and Hospital Legal Requirements and have Excellent Technical skills, Planning skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Team working skills, Excellent report writing, Statistical Analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Ms. Word.
