WELFARE OFFICER
Social Welfare
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scrutinizing patient’s socio-economic assessment specially huge dues cases in the light of hospital policy.
- Provision of welfare services to the deserving patients specially huge outstanding cases.
- Conduct family counseling as per recommendation of welfare coordinator (if need) and keep keen look on running bills of welfare patients.
- Conduct ward visit if need.
- Liaison among patient/attendant, Consultant, Para-Medical Staff , Audit and Cash department if need.
- Supervise the welfare coordinators/assistant and all departmental affairs discussing with AM and HOD.
- Manage, organize and update the relevant data of all welfare cases and update the record as per International Standard Operation (ISO 9001:2015)
- To manage all the donors accounts of welfare department.
- Responsible for approval of welfare cases (IN/OUT).
- Responsible to make sure for timely presentation of welfare reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters preferable in Sociology/Social Work or Graduation with 5 years of related experience.
- Should have good verbal and written communicational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple request simultaneously.
- Should be familiar with computer software like MS-Office.
