The Department of Neurology strives to provide comprehensive and compassionate neurological care. A dedicated team of neurologists, internists, physical therapists, psychologists and technologist work together to give patients an all-inclusive care. The cutting-edge clinical neurophysiology laboratory utilizes modern equipment to carry out all relevant neurophysiology tests. A team of neurologists provide emergency consultations and therapeutic interventions for cases such as stroke and epileptic attacks. We work closely with the rehabilitation centre and occupational therapists to help patients achieve a better quality of life.
Stroke Unit
Stroke Unit is managed by highly trained staff and neurologists. This facility provides round-the-clock medical care to acute stroke cases and patients with other neurologic emergencies.
Education and Training
We provide a prestigious residency training program for FCPS in Neurology accredited by College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Our trainees are exposed to a wide horizon of neurological conditions. Training consists of daily ward rounds, lectures, clinical discussions, morbidity and mortality meetings. We provide an academic environment to help our trainees pursue research and fellowships of their interest.
