Department of Mental Health provides quality care and support to both adults and children with mental illnesses. Our services range from a variety of treatment programs, reformative inpatient facilities to specialized one-on-one clinics with our patients. We are one of the very first hospitals in the country to offer tele-psychiatry to those who don’t have access to mental health care. Our highly qualified and experienced psychiatrists, psychologists and staff work together to provide patients with a comfortable and supportive environment. We firmly believe in battling the stigma associated with mental illnesses. We have made active contributions to create awareness about psychiatric illnesses in general public. We also collaborate with other disciplines for early identification and management of psychiatric morbidities.

Education and Training
We are recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan for postgraduate training. Our residents are trained for FCPS and MCPS qualifications. Postgraduate teaching activities include case conferences, journal clubs and seminars. The department is also actively involved in conducting clinical researches in order to provide better awareness regarding mental health illnesses.
