HR OFFICER - PROFESSIONAL FEE PAYMENTS, PAYROLL DEPARTMENT

Key Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible to;
- • Prepare payments for professional services of various employee groups using different software applications e.g. MS Access, Bill-Pro and ERP.
- • Update information on MS Access / ERP and reconciliation of the same for preparation of consolidated monthly payments.
- • Update earnings, deductions & allowances on Oracle ERP & MS Access database.
- • Maintain readily available records, ensure security of data and keep back-up.
- • Ensure accurate & timely completion of work as per standard protocols & prescribed policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
MBA in HR / Finance or CMA or ACCA or equivalent with related work experience of 2 to 3 years in Human Resources preferably in payroll processing, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, be proficient at use of MS Office and other related applications, good at working with numbers & statistics and be able to handle large database of numbers and do related compiling & sorting of data. Familiarity with working in ERP environment will be an advantage
