Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform NCV (nerve conduction velocity) , EEG (electroencephalogram), BERA (brainstem evoked response audiometry) and VEP (Visual Evoked Potential) tests.
• Assist physicians in the diagnosis and evaluation of diseases of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nervous system and disorders of sleep.
• Use established protocols to perform tests and correctly log the results of those tests
• Completes required daily procedures and checks that equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Ensures work area is cleaned stocked and organized daily.
• Responsible for maintaining the Neurophysiology ISO documents and assists in audits and quality rounds.
• Ensure that neurophysiology reports are checked before getting dispatched to the patients.
• Participates in all academic activities & help trainee technologists as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BS Neurosciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a tertiary care hospital.
• Candidates should have good management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office is mandatory.
