Key Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible for recording, accounting and monitoring existing and new construction projects, Ensuring proper accounting of services and material to correct projects on-timely basis, Keep data up to date in ERP systems for projects and Fixed assets, Liaison with Engineering department and Construction companies for billing and monthly reporting of schedules and reconciliation on a monthly basis. Its contractual job of 03 years.(extendable after assessment at end of contract)

Qualifications and Experience:

Should hold an MBA (Finance) or M.Com from reputed university/ ACCA / ICMA and should have 05 years of work experience in Construction Company. Incumbent should have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Excel.Having an ERP experience will be preferred.
