Key Responsibilities:

Lecturer/Sr. Lecturer will be responsible to teach Nursing courses to students enrolled for B.Sc Nursing. S/he will also be responsible for preparing examination/test papers, invigilating students who are writing the exam and ongoing assessment of students, counseling students for performance improvement and any other guidance required. 

Incumbent should have an interest in and aptitude for teaching nursing courses, good interpersonal skills to develop a rapport with students and other faculty members, demonstration a team spirit.

Qualifications and Experience:

Post RN BScN or Generic BScN Preferably with at least 6-8 years of post-qualifying teaching experience at CON comparable to LNH, Or Masters (MScN, MsPH/MPH), registered with PNC, Preferably having at least 1 publication in any recognized Nursing journal/Health Sciences Journal.

Incumbent should have good verbal and written English communication skills, should be well versed with current teaching methodologies, be computer proficient and able to use related software.
