Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sending RFQ (request for quotation) and preparing comparative statements.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders on time
  • Updating and maintaining proper filing, records of all orders,
  • Assist supervisor in vendor evaluation and documentation process
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Follow up with relevant Departments for routine matters
  • Identify issues regarding supplies and products and report these on time to the supervisor
  • Any other task assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduated Preferable with 01 to 02 years of relevant experience.
  • Should have good communication and negotiable skills
  • Must be proficient at use of MS Excel. Having ERP experience will be preferred.
