Key Responsibilities:

Incumbent will report to Director HR and will be responsible for ensuring timely processing & checking of the monthly payroll including earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely disbursement of the payroll. The Manager Payroll will also be required to work on special assignments pertaining to Payroll, HR budgets& other functions of HR with Director HR or independently as assigned. Payroll Department is also responsible for timely processing of final settlement of dues for employees separating from the Institution.

Qualifications and Experience:

Should hold an MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing. He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills, be proficient at use of MS excel, have good numerical analysis skills and ability to handle large data on computer. Familiarity with working on ERP will be an advantage.
