Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine EEG (including neonatal, portable, and sleep-deprived), evoked potentials, NCS, RNS, and assist in EMG with minimal supervision.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures and providing reassurance.
• Carry out all neurophysiology portable procedures and manage equipment/cart mobility.
• Assist seniors/consultants in urgent cases and follow departmental SOPs.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment, and stock with trainee technologists.
• Communicate patient information effectively with doctors and colleagues.
• Follow infection control guidelines of LNH.
• Attend academic sessions, prepare trainee lectures, and handle emergency calls.
• Manage urgent/walk-in patients and work late hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Review typed reports before consultant signature.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals (biomedical, IT, maintenance, OPD staff).
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment/software issues, reporting to seniors.
• Participate in workshops, CME, conferences, and online courses for skill enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic computer skills (including MS Office) are mandatory.
• Minimum B.Sc. in Physiology (B.S. in Neurosciences preferred).
• Certificate of 2 years on-the-job training from LNH or any reputed organization.
• For external applicants (non-LNH), an additional 1 year of job experience is required.
