Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of electricians to ensure high-quality installations and repairs through training, technical support, and guidance.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement work schedules for electrical staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment while adhering to legal requirements.
• Analyze job costs and prepare estimates for electrical projects, while keeping track of timelines and budgets.
• Maintain and update records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B-Tech / DAE in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 4 years of work experience.
• Preferably have a license to work as Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and troubleshooting techniques.
• Should have strong command over current electrical codes and regulations, and experience in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
