Key Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for;
- Preparing Information related to Payroll i.e. Allowances, Deductions & updating data on ERP and reconciliation of the same for preparation of the Monthly Payroll
- Preparing Overtime Payments and Statutory Payments (SESSI, EOBI)
- Preparation of Final Settlements of separated Employees on Oracle ERP
- Maintain accurate Data & system changes and keep records readily available, ensure confidentiality of data and keep back-up.
- Ensure accurate & timely completion of work as per standard protocols & prescribed policies
Qualifications and Experience:
MBA in HR / Finance or CMA or ACCA or equivalent with related work experience of 2 to 3 years in Human Resources preferably in payroll processing, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, be proficient at use of MS Office and other related applications, good at working with numbers & statistics and be able to handle large database of numbers and do related compiling & sorting of data. Familiarity with working in ERP environment will be an advantage.
