Key Responsibilities:

• Must be knowledgeable and have professional experience in developing and overseeing all aspects including design, implementation, operation & maintenance strategy for HVAC / Mechanical equipment for i.e. Chillers / Cooling Towers, Pumps /AHUs / FCUs / Package, and Split type units for projects.
• Must be able to design, install, operate & monitor all kinds of Elevators / Lifts i.e. Cargo, Bed , passenger, etc.
• Develop and test devices for improvement, recommend design changes, cost reductions, warranty improvements, and manufacturing issues.
• Create and develop new products and concepts
• Oversee the development, perform and analyze tests to track results for improvements
• Work with marketing and vendors, providing product specifications for their use, performing root cause analysis and working towards resolutions
• Oversee all required engineering qualification tests on a project
• Ensures compliance with all outside parties involved
• Writing product specifications, documenting test results, preparing product operating instructions and reviewing technical literature and participating in test runs or field installations
• Supervise or train project team members

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized Institution with 5 to 7 years of related experience.
• Must have valid PEC Registration
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
