Manager
Laboratory Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Manage and supervise laboratory staff, including training and performance management.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Laboratory and other hospital departments.
- Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of laboratory data and reports.
- Contribute to strategic planning, including evaluation and introduction of new equipment and diagnostic tests.
- Support the marketing and promotion of laboratory services.
- Organize and arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of home sampling services and online reporting systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Master in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in laboratory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic technologies, regulatory standards, and laboratory accreditation processes.
