Key Responsibilities:

• Performs pre and post-dialysis assessment of the patients including pre-dialysis weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration rate, and investigations.
• Performs dialysis procedure and manages complications (if any) during the procedure.
• Ensures the safe and secure usage of the dialysis machine and sterilization of operating equipment.
• Sends and collects dialysis patients' baseline investigation every month.
• Preparation and dispatch of dialysis solutions.
• Explain the dialysis procedure to the patient to allay anxiety.
• Inspect equipment settings to ensure conformance to safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BS-MT (Nephrology) with 1 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & Urdu (written & verbal) languages with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of RO Plant
