Senior Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation and reconciliation of payroll-related information, including allowances, deductions, and data updates in the ERP system for accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Manage final settlements of separated employees through Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and implement ERP system changes while ensuring strict confidentiality and conducting regular data backups.
- Prepare and process statutory payments (e.g., EOBI, tax, etc.) following applicable regulatory requirements.
- Compile and verify data for monthly fluctuation premiums and coordinate the annual renewal of group life insurance coverage.
- Maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping in line with audit requirements and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR/Finance or equivalent qualification with 4 to 6 years related work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (Oracle ERP) will be an added advantage.
- Should be proficient with numbers & statistics & be able to handle large database of numbers and do related compiling & sorting of data.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Familiarity with statutory payroll compliances and audit documentation will be an added advantage.
