Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction of in-house projects and identify requirements including the impact and preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with end users to ensure project completion as per requirements.
• Ensure quality as per specification and drawings for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with quality and safety departments to develop quality and safety plans.
• Oversee the performance of the team to ensure it remains at an optimal level.
• Lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects, and the onsite construction teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE/MS Civil Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized institution.
• Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction / maintenance of high-rise/multistory buildings 
• Proficient in the use of MS Office application. ERP working experience will be an added advantage.
• Must have valid PEC registration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and project management skills.
