Deputy Manager
Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction of in-house projects and identify requirements including the impact and preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with end users to ensure project completion as per requirements.
- Ensure quality as per specification and drawings for smooth execution.
- Coordinate with quality and safety departments to develop quality and safety plans.
- Oversee the performance of the team to ensure it remains at an optimal level.
- Lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects, and the onsite construction teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BE/MS Civil Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized institution.
- Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction / maintenance of high-rise/multistory buildings
- Proficient in the use of MS Office application. ERP working experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have valid PEC registration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and project management skills.
