HR OFFICER - PAYROLL

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare information related to Payroll i.e. Allowances, Deductions & updating data on ERP and reconciliation of the same for preparation of the Monthly Payroll.
- Responsible to prepare Final Settlements of separated Employees on Oracle ERP.
- Responsible to maintain accurate Data & system changes and keep records readily available, ensure confidentiality of data and keep back-up.
- Responsible to ensure accurate & timely completion of work as per standard protocols & prescribed policies.
- Any other work activity assigned by HOD.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate should hold at least a BBA/MBA - HR /MPA/MAS or equivalent qualification with 01-02 years of related work experience preferably in payroll processing.
- Should be proficient at the use of MS Office and experience on Oracle ERP.
- Should be proficient with numbers & statistics & be able to handle large database of numbers and do related compiling & sorting of data.
- Should possess good communications and interpersonal skills
