HR OFFICER - PAYROLL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare information related to Payroll i.e. Allowances, Deductions & updating data on ERP and reconciliation of the same for preparation of the Monthly Payroll.
  • Responsible to prepare Final Settlements of separated Employees on Oracle ERP.
  • Responsible to maintain accurate Data & system changes and keep records readily available, ensure confidentiality of data and keep back-up.
  • Responsible to ensure accurate & timely completion of work as per standard protocols & prescribed policies.
  • Any other work activity assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Candidate should hold at least a BBA/MBA - HR /MPA/MAS or equivalent qualification with 01-02 years of related work experience preferably in payroll processing.
  • Should be proficient at the use of MS Office and experience on Oracle ERP.
  • Should be proficient with numbers & statistics & be able to handle large database of numbers and do related compiling & sorting of data.
  • Should possess good communications and interpersonal skills
