Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to Assistant Manager Staffing/Manager Staffing & will be responsible for ongoing activities of the department which includes ensuring timely hirings in coordination with Supervisor and concerned HODs, processing end of probation & end of contract performance assessment , annual performance appraisals , salary increase, processing promotions recommendations, preparing fortnightly reports, and to assist Assistant Manager Staffing /Manager Staffing in special assignments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA/MPA/MAS or equivalent qualifications, preferably with related experience for about 2 to 3 years, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, and be proficient at use of MS Office.
