Medical Record Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile data into structured Excel spreadsheets, maintaining organized folders.
- Digitize documents through scanning, with accurate data entry into Excel and PDF formats.
- Identify and correct incomplete or duplicate Medical Record Numbers (MRNs) by cross-referencing data with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system as required.
- Classify and segregate patient files into active and inactive categories.
- Reconcile and verify the total number of scanned entries across Excel and PDF formats.
- Manage the proper documentation for data handover.
- Facilitate the secure and organized movement of physical files as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
