Senior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be
responsible for working on ongoing day to day activities related to HR including
hiring , Performance Management, dealing disciplinary cases, preparing & updating HR
policies/handbooks, maintaining statistics related to HR, preparing reports&
Job Descriptions , and work on special assignments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should
have MBA/MPA or equivalent with 4 to 5 years related work experience. He/she
should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu,
good work knowledge of HR work processes and concepts, excellent computer
proficiency at use of MS Office, be a good team player, have good interpersonal
skills, and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS. Incumbent
should have an interest in writing and analyzing work.
