House Keeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to all Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System requirements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes or summaries of meeting outcomes.
- Draft and issue circulars, notices, letters, duty schedules, rosters, logbooks, and any other documents required by the HOD.
- Support internal and external audits, stocktaking activities, and other Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to Hospital Housekeeping, as assigned by the HOD.
- Manage all controlled documents within the department in line with established standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate, preferably Masters, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge of work safety practices and standards.
