Key Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible for review of architectural plans and prepare estimates of quantity needs and related costs of materials and inventory required; develop contracts and documents, set budgets for payments and analyze related costs for contractors and subcontractors, act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers, keep track of construction materials and inventory, identify potential financial or construction risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

Should hold D.A.E in Civil Engineering, preferably with related experience for about 8-10 years. Incumbent should well aware of deriving quantities, making B.O.Qs and Tenders etc. Computer Literacy (MS Office) is mandatory.
