Assistant Manager - Outpatient Health Care Services

Qualifications and Experience:

Medical/Para medical professionals i.e those holding an MBBS/B.ScN/BS Medical Technology/BS Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification with 5 to 7 years’ work experience related to managing work activities in Wards Outpatient Clinics/Services of a medium to large hospital. Those holding an MBA in Hospital/Health Care Management or pursuing this qualification and having 5+ years related work experience are also eligible to apply for this position. The incumbent should have 2 to 3 years supervisory level experience in Health Care Services position at a management level. Candidates should have good skills for communication in English and Urdu, be competent for team building, have leadership capabilities good interpersonal skills, and be proficient at use of MS Office. Ability to speak or understand other languages will be an additional advantage.
