Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in curriculum design, review, and evaluation.
• Coordinate for MBBS integrated module development
• Assist and facilitate faculty development sessions
• Develop and review learning materials such as handouts, and feedback forms
• Facilitate and coordinate examination process (MBBS, residency, physiotherapy, and nursing entrance exams, nurse hiring test).
• Assist in conducting research activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS with 2-3 years of experience in teaching modular programs of basic/clinical sciences in medical college. Preference will be given to candidates having a Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE)  or enrolled in Master’s in Health Professions Education (MHPE).  
• Effective communication and supervisory skills.
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be a team player and ability to work in collaboration with other team members.
• Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
