SUPERVISOR / SR. SUPERVISOR
Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of electricians, ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality electrical installations or repairs by providing training, technical support, and guidance
- Inspect work in progress and finished projects to ensure compliance with specifications standards, and safety procedures
- Designing and implementing the work schedule for electrical staff.
- Foster a safe working environment, attending to safety or emergency situations, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements
- Perform job cost analysis and prepare estimates for the completion of electrical projects; monitor project timelines and budgetary requirements
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for each job, including work orders, material BOQ, invoices, labor and expenses, and ensure timely billing and documentation for each job.
- Ensuring the work is completed on schedule with IEEE codes & standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B-Tech/DAE in electrical engineering or equivalent field with at least 6 to 7 years of experience for Sr. Supervisor and 3 to 4 years for a Supervisor
- Preferably have a license to work as Electrical Supervisor
- Should have good knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, and experience in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Coordination & problem solving with contractors and other workers on site.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
