Key Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible to assess construction project and identify requirements including assess the impact and preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design, prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements, study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects, determine budget. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible to determine project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects, and the onsite construction teams. This will include collaborating and interacting with construction teams, architects and project developers and consultants, adhering to the best practices, standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Should hold B.E / M.S Civil Technology, preferably with related experience for about 15 years in building Projects. High rise building experience is required. PEC registration is mandatory.
