Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to Assistant Manager Employee Relations & will be responsible for ongoing activities of the department which includes timely processing of separations, assisting for disciplinary issues in coordination with the concerned HODs, monitoring attendance and absence of staff on the biometric attendance system, processing leave applications, monitoring overtime work done in various departments and analyzing reasons for the same, monitoring staff turnover and preparing reports and performance indicator statistics.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA/MPA/MAS or equivalent qualifications, preferably with related experience for about 2 to 3 years, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, and be proficient at use of MS Office.
