Key Responsibilities:

The Hardware Supervisor’s role is to record, secure and maintain IT equipment and assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Additionally, this person will supervise the work of Hardware Technician’s and provide support, mentoring, and training to these positions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors (BSc./BA/B.Com) plus DAE in Electronics/computers Science.
Experience:  Overall 8 to 10 years in IT hardware/ Equipment maintenance with 3+ years in supervisory role
