Key Responsibilities:
- Process the hiring of suitably qualified candidates for assigned departments.
- Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews in coordination with the HOD
- Generate employee records and employee files and prepare related hiring documents.
- Assist in the recruitment of senior management and faculty positions.
- Maintain and regularly update the manpower status
- Prepare employment verification and reference letters.
- Prepare fortnightly reports for hirings and probations
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal and salary increment process.
- Assist in the process of staff promotions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS
