Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reconciling consignment items, maintaining up-to-date vendor records, and ensuring timely coordination with vendors for stock replenishment and issue resolution.
• Responsible to monitor the consumption of consumables and implants, and verify all items against billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and presenting documentation for all types of audits (internal, external, and financial) related to inventory and consignment items.
• Coordinate with concerned departments and vendors to ensure timely arrangement and availability of items that are temporarily out of stock.
• Coordinate with the Biomedical Engineering and IT Departments for rectification of equipment and system-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare periodic operational and analytical reports to support management in planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Maintain an updated fixed asset log for Cath Lab equipment and ensure proper documentation of asset movement and maintenance history.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA Supply Chain or equivalent qualification with at least 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
