Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of nursing staffs to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care to the patients in the assigned units.
• Randomly visit patients in assigned units to assess the quality of nursing care and to obtain patients' feedback regarding nursing services, ensuring that issues and
• concerns if any are duly addressed.
• Ensure implementation of International Patient Safety Goals and Infection Control practices in assigned units
• Ensure timely submission of end of probation forms/appraisals seeking attendance and disciplinary records from Section Head Nursing Administration.
• Designs educational and practical skill training of Nursing Staffs in coordination with Section Head-Nursing Education Services.
• Ensure implementation of EMR via effective utilization by self and team members.
• Participate in developing Policies and Protocols of Nursing Department in coordination of Section Heads Nursing Administration & Nursing Education Services.
• Participate in audits pertaining to clinical aspects.
• Investigates patient's care issues & staff complaints in collaboration with Section Head Nursing Administration.
• To maintain decorum in consulting Multidisciplinary Teams, Senior and Nursing Management also with nursing employees across the board.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters in Nursing (MSN)/ MBA in Health Administration with 8 to 10 years of clinical nursing experience, out of which 3-5 years of experience should be in a managerial role.
• Must be certified for BLS, ACLS, and ECG.
• Must have valid PNC registration
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills both in Urdu and English languages
• Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others professionally.
• Able to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
