Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for assisting Supervisor/ DHR for ongoing day to day activities related to HR Policies & Projects including assisting in preparing/updating the Handbooks/Policies at LNH, maintaining statistics and working on special assignments etc (as assigned). Incumbent will also be responsible for assisting Supervisor/DHR for work activities pertaining to hiring of faculty members & Senior Registrars, performance appraisals, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should have MBA/MPA or equivalent with 2 to 3 years related work experience. He/she should have good communication skills in English and Urdu, good work knowledge of HR work processes and concepts, excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office, be a good team player, have good interpersonal skills and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS. Incumbent should have good writing skills & presentation skills in English and Urdu.
