Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot hardware and OS issues and provide technical support to users.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks of computer hardware and update drivers and firmware.
• Document hardware inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to implement new hardware and software solutions.
• Follow standard procedure to secure user's data during repair and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Intermediate/ DAE in Electronics/Computers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT hardware/ Equipment maintenance.
