Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on organizational policies, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage medico-legal cases in coordination with administrative and clinical teams.
- Represent the hospital in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the hospital's interests.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Support management in dispute resolution, arbitration, and disciplinary investigations.
- Provide legal input on employment matters, vendor contracts and other legal or contract documents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- LLB Degree with 4-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and contractual laws
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgement.
