Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on organizational policies, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage medico-legal cases in coordination with administrative and clinical teams.
  • Represent the hospital in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the hospital's interests.
  • Assist in developing and implementing legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Support management in dispute resolution, arbitration, and disciplinary investigations.
  • Provide legal input on employment matters, vendor contracts and other legal or contract documents.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • LLB Degree with 4-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a healthcare setup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and contractual laws
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgement.
