Key Responsibilities:

Undertakes clinical procedures including scrubbing for the full range of procedures in the cath lab.  Assists in removal of femoral arterial / radial sheaths. Assists in VIR Procedures and Performs other job related duties as assigned. They  are exposed to a minor level of radiation in the course of some procedures, but the levels are closely monitored. Provides safe environment for patients by following infection control practices.Taking part in the cardiac emergency on call service on an internal rotation, which includes weekend and bank holiday working. BLS/Heart saver certified will be preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:

Intermediate and having Diploma in Cardiology Technician with preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
